Condition

The work is made up of two sheets which appear to be taped together on the reverse. The sheets appear to be adhered to the backboard in places along the edges. Five further pieces of tape have been placed over what appear to be old tears on both sheets, which are inherent to the work. The upper left and upper right corners of each sheet have losses and abrasion. They undulate slightly and there are some occasional and minor creases and one or two areas of surface dirt which appear inherent to the work. Contained in a plain wooden box frame under glass; unexamined out of frame. Please telephone the department on 020 7293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
