Description

Finished in striking cream white with piping over red below the waterline with a mock wood plank deck fitted with slots to accommodate lead sailors. In total this remarkable battleship is equipped with twenty guns at the ready. The boat supports an elaborate superstructure centering two twin funnels and double winches, two masts and enclosed bridge with guns on top and gun turrets below. This well-equipped battleship has a total of four lifeboats with davits and moveable gun turrets at fore and aft and four smaller turrets amidships. The unusual hull features include bays on each side with moveable gun turrets, swing-out rigging mast, and observation walkway at stern, "New York" painted in red at the bow on both sides. Clockwork mechanism is concealed within and is operated by key in second funnel.
