Berkenhead" in large letters), text in double column, speckled calf with double fillet blind ruled border and gilt roll on board edges, fold-over cloth box, some gatherings coming loose especially Qqq, Rrr, and Cccccccc, and gathering *Dddddddd detached, C4 torn at lower inner margin, damp damage to first c.30 leaves
