Condition
The board is sound and is slightly loose in its frame. The picture is in good overall condition with vibrant colours throughout.
Ultraviolet light, there is a very small area of flecked paint between the two houses in the upper right quadrant which flouresces however this appears to be the artist's hand.
Held in a simple painted wood frame. There are some minor paint losses, but the frame is in otherwise good condition.
