Condition

This striking early print, mounted to a cream-colored board, is in generally excellent condition. Upon close examination in raking light the following are visible: a small air-bubble and mounting disturbance in the lower right corner of the print; 2 pin-point-sized nicks to the emulsion in the upper left quadrant; and tiny deposits of original retouching and matte-surface accretions of indeterminate nature in the upper portion of the print. There are 2 tiny chips to the upper and lower edges of the print. The mount is affixed on the reverse to a mat with 4 small pieces of cloth tape at the top and bottom edges.
