together with a German brass alms bowl with floral motifs, Nuremberg, first half 16th century and a German brass alms dish with Adam and Eve, Nuremberg, first half 16th century

Condition

Overall the condition of the brass is good. There is overall wear and some minor dirt to the surface consistent with age and handling. There is also some slight warping and several minor dents. Each bowl has some whitening to the crevices of the main scene. The Adam and Eve and floral bowl are drilled for hanging; the Annunciation is mounted in an iron armature for hanging. There is some greening and tarnishing to the reverse.
