Condition
Overall the condition of the wood is good. There is wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There is a large split running from the truncation at the reverse to the back of the head which has been filled with glue and plaster and overpainted. There are several other, smaller, areas of restoration along the truncation. There are a few minor losses along the truncation.
