Condition
Overall the wood is in good condition, there is dirt throughout. There are several losses to the paint exposing both the ground and the wood. There is worming throughout, which has caused a loss to the hat on the figure on the far right. There are a few restorations including to the proper right hand of the male figure on the far left and the fingers of the male figure on the furthest right, and the right side of his hat, and the left side of the base. The joining hands of Mary and Joseph are probably reattached. A split on the right side of the group has been stabilised with a metal plate to the reverse.
