Condition

The canvas has been relined. The paint surface is secure and in good condition. Inspection under UV light reveals some scattered retouchings, most noticeably in her hat and white shirt and the infilling of some old craquelure in her face. Offered in a carved gilt wood frame, with an ornate molding at the top, in good condition with some minor knocks.
