Description
- Roman Charity
- oil on canvas
Condition
The canvas has an old secure lining and stretcher. The paint surface is well preserved throughout with only a few very minor scattered spot retouchings. There is however a restored damage to the upper right background which is probably a vertical tear running from the upper margin to Charity's shoulder. There are a few further but much more minor restored damages to her sleeve.
