Le illustrazioni in catalogo restituiscono le tonalità veritiere dei due dipinti.
Entrambe le tele presentano un’antica foderatura e sono montate in una cornice, dorata e intagliata, in stile, con piccole e ininfluenti cadute di doratura agli angoli.
A occhio nudo le due opere appaiono in ottimo stato di conservazione, infatti non si riscontrano danni, tagli, ritocchi, stuccature o qualsivoglia intervento di restauro di rilievo.
L’analisi con la lampada di Wood è impedita da spesse vernice ossidate, resta comunque nostra opinione che le opere siano in buono stato di conservazione.
