Ruby and diamond pendent necklace and a pair of ear clips

Comprising: a necklace set with marquise- and heart-shaped diamonds, suspending a larger heart-shaped stone weighing 4.45 carats, framed by marquise-shaped rubies and oval diamonds, length approximately 400mm, necklace with maker's marks for Jacques Timey, pendant with French assay and maker's marks, pendant detachable, may be worn as a clip, together with a pair of ear clips of stylised paisley design, set with similar stones, all  mounted in platinum and yellow gold, French assay and maker's marks.

Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Necklace: Stamped PT 950 for platinum and French assay marks. The 56 marquise-shaped diamonds stated to weigh 32.00 carats, the 6 heart-shaped diamonds stated to weigh 8.34 carats, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity. Pendant: Stamped 750 and PT 950 for gold and platinum and French assay marks. The central heart-shaped diamond stated to weigh 4.45 carats and the oval-shaped diamonds stated to weigh a total of 8.51 carats, G-I colour, VS-SI (few I) clarity. Ear clips: Stamped 750 and PT 950 for gold and platinum and French assay marks. The two heart-shaped diamonds stated to weigh 2.52 carats together, the marquises 9.06 carats, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity. Rubies on the pendant stated to weigh 13.55 carats and 27.42 carats on the ear clips. Well matched in colour. Typical crystal inclusions, some are surface reaching, nicks and chips noticeable with the aid of a 10x lens. Minor scratches to metal, all in good condition.
