Description

With eleven cabochon sapphires, the surrounds millegrain-set with circular- and single-diamonds and collet-set with square-cut and marquise-shaped stones, mounted in platinum, length approximately 185mm, signed Janesich and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Stamped with French assay marks for platinum and signed Janesich, numbered 8096. Sapphires estimated to weigh approximately 27.50 carats in total, overall well matched, few typical inclusions visible with the aid of a 10x lens. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 25.50 carats in total, generally G-I colour, marquise-shaped diamonds generally I-J, VS-SI (a few I) clarity. Signs of normal wear to the metal commensurate with age. Clasp secure, in good condition.
