Condition
Canvas is wax lined. There is a thin web of craquelure in the lighter pigments in the sky at center of canvas. Minor craquelure toward lower right corner and upper left. Minor surface dirt. Under UV light: several strokes of inpainting in upper left and right corners, as well as several strokes at center of upper edge. A four inch line of inpainting along extreme left edge at center to address frame abrasion. Two small strokes of inpainting in sky towards center of composition and another two in sky three inches above standing female figure's head. A few scattered strokes at lower left corner and two pindot sized spots of inpainting toward lower right corner. Work is in fairly good condition.
