Condition
Executed on buff-coloured wove paper, laid down on paper, floating in the mount. There are two minor hairline tears, one towards the right of the upper edge and the other at the lower right edge. There is a very thin incised line running parallel to the left edge (visible in the catalogue illustration). Apart from some light time staining, minor surface dirt and slight undulations to the sheet, this work is in good condition.
Colours: Overall fairly accurate though the paper tone is warmer and the pencil stronger in the original.
