  • A LADY'S PLATINUM DIAMOND-SET SQUARE WRISTWATCHCIRCA 1920
  • length 19 mm
• circular manual winding movement, 19 jewels • silvered dial, blued steel Breguet hands, Roman numerals • bezel set with rose-cut diamonds, diamond-set crown, case secured by four screws in the band • dial signed Cartier, movement signed European Watch & Clock Co., Inc., case hand-stamped with Cartier reference numbers • with an associated 14k white gold mesh bracelet

Condition

The movement is running, hwoever it may require service soon. It is numbered 20503. The dial shows some light-colored spots throughout. The case is has scuffs throughout and has been rubbed to the back so some of the stamps are not as deep as they once were. The inside of the bezel is numbered 15653. The inside of the back is numbered 15653, and the outside is numbered 15653 and 20503, corresponding to both the movement and case numbers. The bracelet has a few minor kinks in it to the edge, but it is in nice condition overall.
