Catalogue Note

With Ref. 5146, Patek Philippe presented a slightly larger evolution of their revolutionary automatic annual calendar wristwatch. The new 39 millimeter case reflects the growing preference for larger watches, without sacrificing Patek Philippe's refined and elegant aesthetic.
