Condition
Original canvas, which has strip lined. With a few possibly original brush hairs. With two minor old repaired tears. The first with a few small touches of repainting at the top right corner in the shape of an inverted T, measuring 1 ½ inches. The second at the center left of the painting about three inches from the edges, which has not been over-painted and only visible upon inspection of the reverse of the work. Appears to have been executed at the same time and manner as the other minor tear. Also with a small repaired pin hole. Otherwise canvas is in good condition. This piece is sold with a contemporary gilt wood frame.
