the bowl of the sherbet cup with plique-à-jour enamel rim and the interior strawberry red enamel over a wavy guilloché ground, the exterior with scrolling ornament in champlevé enamel, supported by three foliate and beaded arms rising from a hexagonal stem enameled with the coats of arms of Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Novgorod, raised on a tapering stem and domed circular foot decorated with champlevé enamel, the circular stand with plique-á-jour rim and alternating bands of guilloché and champlevé enamel, the outer border with conforming decoration in cloisonné enamel, the design of the rim of the saucer and the edge of the cup incorporating the monogram RRH
