Condition
The canvas has been relined. The paint has thinned somewhat in areas of the left foreground and background, this is possibly a result from the earlier relining. There is a fair amount of retouching applied to the canvas, though the majority is in the sky. One towards the left edge, and one towards the middle, at top. There are some other scattered retouches, such as a small spot just above the white horse, but these two aforementioned areas are the largest. Some more minor retouches, along the horse at bottom right and along the head of the rider to the left of the white horse in the foreground for instance. The other figures though, and the white horse especially, are in good condition. In a carved wooden frame.
