the cistern rectangualr with cut corners, the angles engraved with diaper, the cover with two addorsed dolphin finials, the basin of matching shape, both engraved with Hebrew inscriptions

The text translates as "To the House of G-d we shall walk in Awe; the gift of the eminent honorable Rabbi Juspa Zund Heimb may his Lord protect him," with date corresponding to 1843
