with six scrolled candlearms in the form of leafy branches issuing from a leaf carved bracket

Condition

In otherwise good conserved condition and these can be placed immediately. Gilding slightly less greenish and more golden and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Please note that there are eight candlearms and not six as stated in the catalogue. Old minor marks, chips, cracks and minor restorations generally commensurate with age and normal usage. All the candlenozzles formerly drilled for electricity. A section at the back of one candlenozzle on one candelabrum is missing, but this is not visible from the front and does not detract from the piece.
