Condition
Proper right side stretcher cracked at junction of cross stretcher and with minor losses. Splats with no apparent cracking. one chair with the proper left rear glue block missing.
A wood analysis by Harry Alden has identified that the seat frames are constructed from sweet gum and the glue blocks are made of white pine.
