The rectangular cotter-pin hinged lid opening to a deep well, the front painted with a red and yellow house flanked by trees, initialed R.H. and dated 1846 above; red squiggle-brushed ground.
Condition
normal oxidation to varnish and painted surface. Appears to be in excellent condition however not examine under a black light.
