Condition

The Kazak long rug: pile ranges from approximately 1/8th of an inch to low to knotheads. Partially oxidized browns. Scattered foldwear, some with visible spot foundation. Scattered spot stains and surface dirt. Some visible tension lines. Lower end with original flatwoven finish. Upper end with original macramé finish. Sides partially overcast and with some small losses and breaks. Supple handle, good overall condition, will enhance with cleaning. The Kurdish long rug: pile ranges from 1/5th of an inch to low to knotheads. Oxidized browns. Sides partially overcast in a few small areas. Minor partial ends, now secured with blanket and binding stitch. Supple handle, good overall pile.
