scroll branches terminating in cast mermaids, the central bowl embossed with a scene of a yacht race, glass vase

Condition

The cartouche on the reverse panel of the bowl is erased and has an approx 1" dent, probably originally contained a presentation inscription for a yacht race winner; nice design, overall good condition.
