each piece with a a wide gilt vermiculé apricot-ground border reserved with an oval medallion initialled SG beneath a ducal crown, comprising: a soup tureen, cover and stand thirteen dinner plates, six soup plates and four dessert plates, impressed crowned FBB and printed circular factory marks. 26 pieces.
Condition
All in generally good condition except as noted below:
1 dinner plate has a ¼ inch rim chip
2 dinner plates with very minor patch of wear to cavetto
4 dinner plates have minor wear to cavetto and gilt rim edge
6 dinner plates have more extensive wear to cavetto and gilt rim edge.
Soup plates are in good condition
1 dessert plate has very minor flaking to edge of gilt rim otherwise good condition
Tureen cover has a 1 inch chip to edge of knop that has been touched up with gilding
Tureen has one handle has been off and re-glued back with some losses along breaks, also one side of the tureen has had a portion broken out and re-glued back extending from the rim near one handle down beneath the crest and back along the other side of the crest.
Tureen stand has a minor flake to the gilding of the rim edge.
