Condition
Pile ranges from near original 1/5 inch with areas of moth damage and oxidation low to knotheads and foundation, most particularly in the lower right corner. Reds overtinted: cranberry on the original soft madder as was customary in the 1920s when these carpets were imported into the United States.
Sides intact.
Ends missing end guard stripes and few rows of knots into end guard border, now with later fringe sewn over.
Supple handle, lustrous wool, sound fabric and condition.
