Description

the deep U-shaped body rising from a short tapering foot to a slightly everted rim, painted and enamelled to the interior with a stylised floral medallion, the exterior with six large floral medallions within a leafy floral strapwork frame, the base with an underglaze blue six-character mark

Condition

The bowl is generally in good condition, except for glaze pull to the light blue glaze and a burst bubble of around 0.2mm diameter within the medallion in the centre of bowl. There is also two short shallow kiln chip to the footring, one 1.5cm and the other 2 cm of length
