Description

the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a slightly everted rim, brightly enamelled around the exterior with an official seated in a horse-drawn carriage with associated attendants and a pair of bannermen, the interior with a single seated figure encircled at the rim by a band with four quatrefoil panels enclosing ribbon-tied auspicious emblems reserved on a dense diaper ground, the base with an underglaze blue six-character mark

Condition

There is a 1 cm restored chip to the rim with pinholes along the rim and on the interior. There is a little fritting along the rim as well. The interior has a few iron spots. The enamels are in in good condition and intact with only some characteristic bubbling to the green enamels. The overall condition is quite good.
