Description

  • Ceramic
the low rounded sides rising from a wedge-shaped foot to an everted rim, applied overall with a translucent glaze of rich egg-yolk colour leaving the slightly convex base in white

Condition

There are five hairline cracks running from the rim of this dish (10mm, 15mm, 22mm, 32mm and 13mm). There is also surface scratches and wear to the glaze to the interior and some light scratches to the exterior. There is a small (1mm diameter) iron spot to the interior.
