the gently curved sides rising from a short tapering foot, painted to the interior in rich cobalt-blue tones with a medallion enclosing two scaly five-clawed dragon in mutual pursuit of a flaming pearl within fire and cloud scrolls, the exterior similarly painted

Condition

The dish is in good overall condition with the exception of a 1cm., hairline firing line at the rim, minor glaze firing imperfections including iron-spots, a polished glaze blister to the interior and one on the exterior, burst glaze bubbles and glaze scatches.
