Condition

An elegant table in good overall condition. Old marks and scratches in places. The piece has been repolished and has a mid brown patina, slightly lighter than shown in the illustration. Ready for use and display.

Catalogue Note

Jack's first design for this table, with variant shaped stretchers, was shown at the Arts and Crafts Exhibition of 1889. Produced for many years, the current design was made for many of the firm's later clients, including William Knox D'Arcy of Stanmore Hall.
