Condition
A good size armchair. Old marks and scratches. The piece has been re-upholstered with later vellum. The left arm slightly loose where it joins the backrest. A series of geometrical bone and pewter inlays are missing and have been rather crudely replaced by white paint. Four copper plates to the seat are lacking and four secured by a modern screw rather than a rivet. The reverse of the left upright with a missing veneer 5cm. by 2.5cm. The piece would benefit from an overhaul. Ready for display.
