frosted glass, heightened with brown staining, on pierced ebonised wood base

Condition

This figure is of good overall appearance. There are some very tiny chips around the edge of the base, completly concealed when the piece is mounted. The wooden base has a natural hole to the inside, which portrudes slightly to the front. There is a slight wear to ebonising, commensurate with age. The piece has two airbubbles above each knee, just visible in the catalogue illustration. The piece is slightly more yellow, than the catalogue illustration suggests. An attractive and popular model.
