Not tested or guaranteed for electricity. Colour is more a warm yellow and less a cold white than suggested by catalogue illustration. One shade with a number of very minor chips to underside of edge, and some nibbling to inside of aperture where it fits onto the base. There are a couple of moulding seams within the glass, a couple of scratches to the surface and a few air bubbles as would be expected. One internal fracture to one glass bead on upper (smallest) tier. Square metal fitting on shade is not removable and not on straight. Other shade - it is possible to remove the two square elements from the top. Some scratching to top of shade and again some chipping to internal aperture where it fits the base. Some mould lines within the glass and a number of airbubbles. Cleaning paste to silvered metal of both bases which is generally rather tarnished with old marks and scratches. These condition issues are not distracting from the lamps decorative impact and overall these are a handsome pair of lamps of good and useful size.
