Condition
An elegant bench. General old marks and scratches overall and some signs of old woodworm. Four ropes holding the drum backs missing and replaced with plastic string as can be seen in catalogue illustration. Remaining ropes are worn and split. One wooden finial with old split. Upholstery somewhat stained and worn and possibly re-newed. Tassels replaced. Some losses to small elements of bone decoration. Would benefit from judicious restoration.
