- A Mesopotamian Terracotta Tablet with Cuneiform Inscription

- 5 7/8 by 6 in. 14.9 by 15.2 cm
of square form with rounded sides, engraved with eight columns on each side (one uninscribed on the reverse), with 15 + 18 + 17 + 17 + 19 + 17 + 16 + 16 + 18 + 17 +18 + 6 + 9 + 5 + 9 cases of text, concerning rations of barley for distribution to many named individuals and officials, with totals given at the end.

Condition
Good for such a large tablet, imperfections as shown in the photos. There is a repair across one corner visible on the upper right in the photo of the reverse. Small cracks and perhaps some consolidation treatment along the edges.
