The work is on its original canvas. It has been restreched and the holes from the previous stretching are visible along the edges. It is especially visible at the upper and lower left corner and at the upper right corner. Under UV light, there is no retouching visible. The colours in the catalogue's illustration are accurate although they are brighter in the original.
