i) Sheet with two photographs attached. Photographs are creased in upper margins.
Slight rippling and scattered creases to all sheets. Slight discoloration to sheets.
iii) Approx. 1-inch tear upper left at edge.
iv, v) surface dirt across upper margin.

Catalogue Note
This work presents a photograph and a transcription of the performance Intention Intentionality Sequence, 1972. The piece was first performed at the Lisson Gallery, London, in March 1972. The transcription in the present work is from the second performance, which took place at the Protetch-Rivkin Gallery, Washington D.C. in May 1972. A third performance took place at Projects, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts, December 1972.
