Condition
This work is good condition overall. There is evidence of light craquelure particularly at the pull margins and scattered paint losses along the lateral sides of the painting. There is evidence of handling and wear around the edges. There is a fine 1½ inch scuff along the bottom edge located 13 inches from the left edge. Additionally, there are a few scattered spot accretions and abrasions. There is a ½ inch circular area where the media appears to have been lifted from the surface and presumably occurred during the painting process. There is also a 2 inch area of paint application located 18 inches from the left side and 15 inches from the bottom edge that appears slightly lighter in color than the surrounding area and which appears to be inherent to the artist's working process. Under ultra violet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Unframed.
