Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant with more prominent green tones throughout the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are a number of handling marks, light rub marks, tiny paint losses (including artist's screw holes on the top and bottom edges), and short cracks around the edges and sides of the frame. There is a small media accretion beneath the centre on the left side edge, a line of glue residue in the top right corner, and a few further isolated media accretions scattered elsewhere around the sides. There are some scattered surface dust fibres between the plastic elements. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals a few fine lines of retouching around the extreme edges of the frame and a few further isolated retouchings to the side edges of the box.
