Description

  • Porcelain
comprising: a mug modelled after an English porcelain original as the head of Bacchus; a mug molded with shaped panels reserved on a chicken-skin ground, undecorated; and a similarly molded mug painted with famille-rose flower sprays.

Condition

Bacchus mug - wear to the gilding on the handle and rim White mug - several restored rim chips Famille-rose mug - there is a sealed crack at the base of the handle where it joins the body. There is a restored chip to the rim directly above where the handle joins.
