each piece painted with a roundel of a cow. Together with a coffee cup painted in grisaille with a scene of children fishing; and coffee cup painted with a hunting dog. 4 pieces.

Condition

Breakfast teabowl: There are some minor flaking to the gilding on the inner rim. Saucer: There are three 1 inch haircracks to the rim and a 1/8 inch rim chip. Cup with dog: there is a Y shaped crack from the rim to the footrim, oversprayed to the left of the dog panel. Other cup: Handle restored and probably made up, and there is wear to the gilding to the rim.

The coffee cups, both with very unusual scenes, clearly demonstrate their engraved sources in the cross-hatching technique used in their decoration.
