- Porcelain
comprising: a pair of coffee cups with the arms of Bowater with Duncombe in pretence; a pair of coffee cups with the arms of Wilding; a pair of coffee cups painted with a bird above a mantled shield; a coffee cup with the arms of Martin impaling Dalling; a coffee cup with the arms of Cheseldon; a coffee cup with the arms of Rattray; a coffee cup with the arms of Fotheringham; a coffee cup with the arms of Newland; a coffee cup with the arms of Garland; and a coffee cup with an unidentifed arms, probably Continental.
Condition
Newland: There is a 3 inch by 1 ½ inch area broken out of one side and restored back in. There is a large restored chip to the inner rim.
Martin: In good condition.
Rattray: There are some minute chips to the rim edge.
Cheseldon: In good condition.
Cup with bellcrest: There are several small chips to the inner rim.
Cup with white lion crest: in good condition.
Cup with Griffon crest: handle restored back on and extensive restoration to one side of the cup, presumably covering cracks or a break.
Pair of cups with shield with flowerspray: One is in good condition. The other has a large chip to the side of the base of the handle.
Pair of cups with figure landscape: There is a 1/8 inch rim chip. The other is in good condition.
Pair of Bowater cups: both are in good condition.
All have some wear to the gilding.
