Description

  • Bronze
  • 55cm. high, 9½in.
naturalistically cast, with a triform base including foliage and with lions paw feet concealing castors, the underside with a paper label printed 'Devonshire House'

Condition

Fair condition with some evidence of the original polychrome decoration which is now very worn. Somewhat crude, segmented construction with a large screwhead to the bird's breast.
