Condition

Pile generally good, dense near original, approximately 1/5 of an inch throughout. One small irregular shaped re-weave in lower end of field, measuring approximately 4 inches by 2 inches in size. Some scattered old stitching to reverse nearby, does not show face. Some scattered foldwear with exposed minor spot foundation in center of medallion and some other guard stripes to sizes, not extensive. Guardstripes and borders not extensive. Sides original. Ends with original flatwoven finishes. Supple handle, good lustrous wool. Saturated jewel-like colors
