Second edition of this extensive cookery book, first printed in 1718. Hagger was chef to the Fürstbishof Johann Ernst zu Salzburg. His work is divided into sections on soups, pastries, meats and fish dishes; the engraved plates depict elaborate shapes and decorations for serving dishes.
