Description

from the lid of an anthropoid coffin, wearing a striped tripartite wig surmounted by a lotus flower diadem, the long eyebrows and cosmetic lines painted in black, black also delineating the lips and upper eyelids.

Condition

As shown, made in 4 sections (that behind the proper left side is missing) which were pieced together with tenons, and these sections have separated somewhat, proper left section is loose, note flaking to paint and other surface imperfections, could use conservation work.
