Set in the center with a round diamond, the bow and tassels set with old European-cut and rose-cut diamonds, the total diamond weight approximately 10.00 carats, accented by pear-shaped, cushion-shaped and calibré-cut rubies.

Set with 1 round, 145 old European-cut and rose-cut diamonds, 1 pear-shaped ruby, 1 cushion-shaped ruby, and 57 calibré-cut rubies. This piece appears to be a composite of 19th-century, the silver and diamond section, and early 20th-century elements, the ruby section which was probably added later. Wear and tarnish to the mountings commensurate with age. Traces of solder at joints of gold and channel-set rubies with silver and diamond mountings. Center diamond is a round brilliant-cut, approximately J to K color, VS2 to SI1 clarity. Remaining diamonds are old European-cut, single-cut and rose-cut, the total diamond weight is approximately 10.00 carats; approximately G to I color, VS to SI clarity. Rubies are eye clean, well-matched and an intensely saturated medium-deep red. Pearl drop has good luster but slightly misshapen with a flat back.
